The Juggernaut Fitness project was a deep-dive into custom functionality, creating a high-energy "Jungle Theme" digital hub designed to maximize member retention while slashing operational overhead.
Juggernaut Fitness needed more than a template, they needed a high-performance tool. The owner required a digital presence that matched the gym's intense energy, featuring custom-coded elements like real-time class countdowns to drive urgency. The biggest challenge was the "platform tax"; the client was losing revenue to expensive hosting and management fees.
I engineered a custom funnel that bypassed traditional high-fee platforms by integrating directly with his Square Business account. This setup provided a seamless checkout experience for members while keeping more profit in the client's pocket. The transition was so successful that the partnership evolved into a long-term Maintenance Retainer, with CXM Studio now managing all social media and digital operations so the owner can focus entirely on the gym floor.
